1. By posting your recommendations or other content on Pinpointer, you indicate that you accept the terms of this agreement.
  2. You assume full legal responsibility for all recommendations you make on Pinpointer, as well as for all descriptive information and all images or other representations or portions of the content that you may add to your recommendations, all profile information that you may provide about yourself, and all other contributions that you may make to Pinpointer.

    If what you post on Pinpointer infringes on someone else's intellectual property rights, or if what you post is is illegal, libelous, or otherwise irresponsible, any damages from these actions are your responsibility, and not Pinpointer's.
  3. In posting your recommendations or other content on Pinpointer:
    1. You grant Pinpointer a non-exclusive but unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid, and royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicensees) to use, copy, display, create derivative works of, and distribute what you have posted on Pinpointer in any and all media or distribution methods, including methods yet to be created.
    2. The license will survive the termination or expiration of this agreement for any reason.
  4. You acknowledge Pinpointer's right to immediately remove content you have posted if, in its sole discretion, Pinpointer considers this content to be illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate; if the electronic address (e.g., URL) with which the content is associated is no longer functioning, or the item you recommended is no longer offered; or if for any other reason Pinpointer, in its sole discretion, decides it would not be advisable to continue displaying the material.
  5. If you add a Facebook "like" to your recommendation of an item that is new to Pinpointer, or to your "Thumbs Up" recommendation of an item already appearing on Pinpointer, the only Facebook information about you that Pinpointer will display is your name. (If you want to make additional information about yourself available to other Pinpointer users, you have the ability to enter this information on your Pinpointer profile page.)
  6. In order to keep up with evolving business and operating conditions, Pinpointer may from time to time, in its sole discretion, modify the terms of this agreement without prior notification to you.
  7. This contract will be governed by the laws of California, and you will resolve any dispute or claim you may have against Pinpointer exclusively in a federal, state, or county court located in San Bernardino County.
  8. If any provision of this contract is found to be invalid, its other provisions will remain in force.
